Arrowpoint Mining Capital is an independent mining and critical minerals focused, strategic adviser. We specialise in funding solutions for global mining and mineral processing companies and projects including strategic investment and partnerships, project finance, debt finance, and offtake or production linked funding solutions.
We are driven by the demand for significant capital for the mining and critical minerals industry, based on the long term trends of industrialisation, global growth and the energy transition. Responsible mining is critical to develop sufficient upstream supply of raw materials to deliver on the demands of society and industry and investment in processing of raw materials needed to secure supply chains from an economic, environmental and geopolitical perspectives.

Arrowpoint was founded by Antony Rowe, based on more than 20 years’ experience financing assets and operations in the mining and critical minerals sector. This experience brings together strategic insight, specialist skills and practical know-how; with a deep network and relationships with providers of finance; and backed by a proven execution track record delivering solutions for clients.
